Orders: We will be happy to take orders by phone, fax, email, or regular mail. Please call our toll free number to pay by credit card, we do not recommend sending sensitive information via email.

Shipping Charges: All packages are charged by actual weight plus handling. Minimum shipping/handling charge of $8.50 applies to all orders. Orders will be shipped UPS or USPS Priority mail unless other service is requested. All orders shipped UPS are insured up to $100 with no additional charge, additional insurance may be added. Body kits, body tubs, flat fender windshield frames hoods, some floor and side panels, hardtops, and some other large items cannot be shipped UPS. These items will be shipped by truck freight. Please call for shipping quotes on these over-max items.

Shipping: Most orders will ship within one-two business days. Some parts are limited production and may take additional time to ship. Temporarily out of stock items will be placed on back order and will be shipped as soon as they become available.

Returns: All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales invoice and reason for return. Returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Defective items will be credited or replaced. All returns must be sent freight prepaid - we will not accept freight collect returns. Freight charges are not refundable. No returns on any parts after 30 days of invoice date. *Please note: some reproduction parts may require modifications and fitting before installation. Please fit all parts before final finish to be sure of correct clearances and fit. Reproduction products are sold as is.

Shipping Damages: Northstar Willys does not accept responsibility for damages caused by the shipping carrier. The customer will be responsible for contacting the carrier for any damaged goods claims. Please inspect order immediately upon receipt. Please inspect any items shipped truck freight prior to signing freight bill.

Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, check, money order, cashier check. All returned checks are subject to a $25 charge.
